Live… on other places!?
July 20, 2012 in Site News by Shadow Remix
So the other night I… (As in just ShadowRemix here ^_^ ) decided to jump on a stream and watch a small game of Transformice (A decent little game you can enjoy with your frieds over at their site Transformice.com ).
I sat there and watching a friend of mine play this game with many other people in the stream when I noticed that for some reason a Sonic Radio bump had played. I knew I wasn’t tuning in, turned to the computer we have set up to monitor the radio remotely, and saw that the bump had indeed just played. Someone was listening to the radio and the stream was listening in too. SWEET!
Let’s just say that I decided to do a little bit of “Air Talent,” as DJ EAR calls it, by taking requests for 3 hours. Let’s just say those 3 hours were hilarious with me trying to learn how to play this small game (as in learning the wall jump thingy, which I still can’t do >.<). For a night we gave people 90% of their requests, and it felt fairly good to do so. Not only that... we had quite a few people listening in too!
That gave me an idea which I have to speak to SonicRemix about: playing the music via request for those streamers that wish it. I think it would be kind of perfect knowing that the Sonic music you would LIKE to have during your stream can be done, as it seemed to work quite well the other night.
Thanks to Sunrose12, and everyone in that stream that made the night a complete, utterly laughable success.
